#mrsCleyton is both the protagonist and antagonist in her own story. She’s as human as it gets.

The roles of her husband and her dogs I’ll leave in the middle, but you can figure out who’s human, I believe 😅

Mountains in the Highlands stood as beacons in the sky While plains of the Lowlands were a breath of days passed by Dawn awakened the lands, while dusk did lay them to rest Brooks gave cold baths in winter Rains, warms showers in summer Smiles were golden, but tears were silver All deserved his praise His pen would sing it To cellulose pulp He would commit it To be sung again By those who read it Yet as of late his visions distorted Beacons turned rocks and plains turned rotten Perpetually, bloodmoon light contorted Sour rains poured over places forgotten No place for smiles, no more for tears No more history, mere sterility Bitterness and tragedy for us all Eternal virginity for the soul

Had an amazing workshop yesterday in calendar decoration. Worked with three layers of paper to create a stamp to leave the final imprint on the calendar itself. Absolutely lovely experience, and a great addition for my writing studio 🤍🐯🗓️
