Stunted Gravity arenas offer unique challenges and opportunities.

In this Shockline event the pink pulse wave makes the outer floor hazardous. Flipping over the wave is one option, but using it to boost to the hard-to-reach arena core is another!

My stunt-driving game Stunted Gravity has always used a third-person camera, but I've been asked about a VR version. I thought it would never work with the 360 stunts that are performed, but thought maybe I could try out a first person camera view.

Stunted Gravity has a variety of Time Trial racing events.

In this Scavenger Trial, the player must collect every gem in limited time, but every lap completed gives a time bonus! Fast completions require both driving skill and strategy.

Stunted Gravity stunt ring events require literal jumping through hoops.

But just jumping isn't enough, scoring is based on doing the stunt through the ring that matches the pattern within the ring! In this case, a back flip. Other rings require different stunts!

In Stunted Gravity survival events pit the player against deadly hazards.

You need to dodge laser beams and force fields, and use weapons like this wave attack to fight off bomber dropping drones and rolling spike balls.

Godot decals are such a great way to add details to a scene. So nice to be able to add textures without worrying about UV mapping, combining materials, or big performance hits.

For Stunted Gravity it works great for in-world driving circuit branding.

Newest level in Stunted Gravity Circuit! A Time Trial event where gravity flips at the completion of each lap. I decided to really lean into the vaporwave/retrowave aesthetic for this one.

The Boost Pads and Laser Cannons are newly added for this level.

Funny bug I recently introduced. When I added multithreaded level loading I forgot to filter level start button actions after the background load started, making it possible to load multiple level copies at once, including the player!

Easily fixed, but pretty funny.

New time trials in my #cyberpunk stunt driving game, with a twist!

Tagger Trials score by the amount of paint put down. Time is short, but more is awarded for completed laps. It's a tradeoff between taking the fastest lines and laying unique paint trails each lap.

New arena and event type in my #Godot stunt driving game.

Vector diffusion custom gravity pulls towards the nearest surface. Jump towards a wall and it becomes the new floor.

Event is performing stunts through rings.

Clip also shows outro with element scoring and composite award.

New gravity type in my stunt driving game! The outer sphere has outward gravity, but the ramp allows jumping to a planetoid with traditional inward gravity. With the right jump a kind of orbital slingshot takes place.

Couple new features in my #Godot stunt driving game.

Doing a stunt aimed at a nearby enemy triggers a homing attack that improves targeting.

And homing attacks, along with inflicting damage and destroying enemies, causes a bullet-time like effect using Engine.time_scale.

Collect gems like in a Scavenger event, but while creating a deadly trail that raises the stakes.

This arena also features custom gravity towards the nearest wall of the torus shape.

Updates for my Tagger levels! Juiced the paint to make it stand out, added enemy cleaner bots that remove your paint, and paint rockets that lay paint trails and burst and can seek and destroy enemies!

Another new event in my stunt driving game! Spray paint the arena, covering as much as possible in limited time.

Using Turbo leaves a wider trail, and stunt scatter paint in wide patterns.

New event in my stunt driving game! The player leaves a snake trail behind and is scored by how long a trail is created. The trail inflicts damage unless doing a stunt.

High speed makes a thinner trail, the player must balance speed and precision steering!

Part 2 of this clip with some driving around the zero-G part of the cylinder. Even without zero-G you can climb the walls by driving fast enough around the circle! I just missed the stunt at the end.
