A bit one note but it was a great look
Looking back like 75% of the missing persons/mysterious death cases are clearly just mental health crises that led to suicides. There are also a few gangstalking segments with clearly mentally ill people. That said, a great watch!

The segments on Bible codes and all that nonsense also had me 99% convinced the world was ending/the rapture was happening in the year 1999 or 2000, so I had a weird fatalism that I wouldn't live to see high school. Maybe not the best show to watch as a kid!

When I was a kid (I was probably like 6 or 7) I saw an episode about alien abductions where they showed a drawing of an alien peeking through someone's window. For about two years I refused to look through my bedroom window at night after that.

Just watch some of the post-2000 seasons. They got really bad. The squeezed all of the juice out by the mid-90s

The issue is I'm watching a post-2000 episode. The late 80s to mid-90s ones hold up.

Definitely true, I meant more along the lines of "things that the average person thinks is AI" as I'm sure there's a ton of background stuff using deep learning/etc models that has 99% approval
