It's not a secret ending. Through a series of glitches, you can take Yoshi to the final boss in Super Mario World. Yoshi is able to eat Peach, which means the ending won't play, and Mario and Yoshi will be stuck staring at each other forever.

Instead of the overinflated anime industry we have now where every show is 12-13 episodes and cranked out on a shoestring budget that kills the animators, we need to go back to the time where everything was a weird experimental OVA instead
