My solo birthday celebration was just what I needed….Bought myself flowers, Put my phone on DND, took a relaxing bubble bath w/a lavender candle from from my babysitting clients black woman owned company, put candles on my cake & went into full relax mode🫶🏾

Last night, I took my jarred fruit, made fruit salad for the next week to continue fruit fasting, as well as cayenne cleanse water w/spring water, lemons & cayenne pepper. Have my lemon water, lemon ginger tea/detox tea for the day, Green Goddess smoothie for snack & 2 yellow dragonfruit🙌🏾
