I can’t thank my therapist enough for the emergency session this morning….Coming home from 12 hours of event childcare just to argue, be called names & have everything blamed on me all while on no sleep from my Thanksgiving trip broke my spirit completely, but she made space for me❤️🩹

Allowing someone to feel like they’re safe to let their guard down just to have them use every single thing you trusted them with against you is shitty behavior….I will never trust another man like that again….I’ll get back on my healing journey tomorrow, but today it’s FUCK YOU
