I don't deny that app logos were sort of cooler before they all became the same shape. however if 9 out of 10 logos are the same shape, the 1 who's not sticks out in a bad way, so.

I just remembered that the 0 upgrade has the original opening song "Bubble" instead of that instrumental one we all remember. well I guess that's worth $15 (not really but that is the most compelling reason I can think of tbh)

they’re gonna keep porting these games to switch 2 I imagine, which might mean more ps5 upgrades on the other consoles too? but after kiwami 2, all I really want is a patch for yakuza 6 on ps5. the remasters of the ps3 games are fine as is.

once you play dragon engine games at 60 fps, it just feels a little sad going back to 30, so this ps5 upgrade should fix that, I assume.

kiwami 1? I have the disc for that. oh well. what’s even in that upgrade anyway? the english dub I guess?

it's been over three years since the last one

but what's the fun of doing that? packaging it as if it is meant to be taken seriously makes it funnier

that made me aware of Persona's existence but I didn't actually look much deeper into the game or its predecessors at the time. it's just a funny first impression I think

PS. people also seem to want romances to be quicker. but first of all, you could just watch a movie you know. the beauty of a serialized medium is we can take our time. it's about the journey more than the destination

but yeah, it seems like most of the time, if a story is gonna be a 9/10 for me, there's gotta be some tension. moments of pain.

there are those who want to get the good fluffy stuff with the least amount of negative emotions possible. I definitely prefer fluffy stories over stories that try to mix in drama but it comes out really badly, I suppose
