Let's keep exploring and imagining. What if we remade Trufario today? We created the doggo tracker in only 40 hours, from concept to code, and it shows. Today we wanted to pay proper homage to one of our first apps, and give it a fresh new look. Which one do you like more? #appdesign #buildinpublic

We are revisiting the app that gave us the tooling for Antropia, Four Days.

Four Days introduced us to the concept of playful programming, deepened our knowledge on React Native, and helped us realise products are not just pieces of technology.

Here is a quick exploration on how we envision a self-hosted location tracker, focused on encouraging you to stay active throughout the day. Thoughts? #figma #appdesign #selfhosted

Do you want to work with us in some project? Here's how it works:

1. We talk, discuss your idea, its feasibility, your goals and how to get there. We agree on an execution plan.

Last year we managed to create an app for both iOS and Android in a whooping 40 hours. It was frantic and fun, and we wrote about it here: https://antropia.studio/blog/40-hour-app/

If you want to turn your idea into something real, we are here to help. Throw us a message and let's chat.

Have an idea for an app?

Want to bring it to life in weeks, not years?

Need to validate if it has market fit?

Looking for a beta version with friends and family?

Planning to publish a minimal version on the stores?

Let's have a chat!

This is, word by word, our experience with vibe coding.

We even wrote about it here: antropia.studio/blog/to-ai-o...

We are finishing our first web prototype and we are very proud of it.

If you struggle with the slow/cluttered UI of Meta Ads go try adbrew (getadbrew.com) and let us know what you think (please? 🙏).

Huge positive news for the React community.

React and React Native are moving out of Meta and into Linux Foundation.

Time for some UI exploration! We picked a captivating mobile component, we coded it, open sourced it, and we have written about it here: antropia.studio/blog/the-com...

Let us know what do you think!

We’ve been lucky to work on some exciting mobile concepts recently. Now that we completed them, we have room to take on new collaborations.

If you’re curious about how a prototype could bring your idea to life, drop us a line!

We recently embarked in a journey to form an informed opinion on vibe coding and fully AI-assisted development workflows.

It didn't work for us and we wrote about it in a new article: https://antropia.studio/blog/to-ai-or-not-to-ai/

We are very proud to honor our pledge once again.

This is a huge milestone we couldn't even conceive 6 months ago, when we first launched. In a world full of noise, polarization and exponential promises, this is what keeps us grounded: knowing that what we do has a positive impact in the world.

We’ve recently wrapped up our latest project, which means our schedule is opening up again!

If you’re working on something that could use a prototype to move forward, feel free to reach out.

Calling all software cooperatives and worker-owned tech companies!

As a solo developer running Antropia, I’m eager to connect with other cooperative tech organizations. I'd love to learn organizational processes, decision-making techniques and all the lessons you've learned along the way.

We wrote about why we're totally fine with not being for everyone 🤷‍♂️

It turns out there's something liberating about defining your values so clearly that they naturally filter for the right people. It's way less exhausting than trying to please everyone

Is Antropia for you?
Antropia is not for everyone, and we are completely fine with that.

Most companies spend their energy trying to appeal to everyone. We decided to do the opposite.

Good design isn't magic, it's understanding how people actually think and process information. What a fantastic resource: lawsofux.com

TIL UI radio buttons are called like that because they resemble the actual physical buttons on old car radios. Not our proudest moment noting the connection 😅

We are calling it a week, it's been an intense 20 hours of coding with Claude Code, but we are gladly surprised with the results (Pareto is laughing at us 👀)

Today's update, we had to do a ton of background work to get things maintainable again and fix non-obvious bugs (like playing nice with Meta API's rate limit, loading all API pages, security issues, etc.) Visually, we included a new recent-ads section that is going to be really useful
