We all know the monkey post was Trump, not some random "staffer". His frontotemporal dementia has gotten to the stage where he's lost what little inhibitions he did have and he's going to keep going further off the rails. I give it less than six months and he'll be dropping the N word in public.

What an absurd take. California was relatively unaffordable long before Gavin Newsom. It was unaffordable during the tenure of multiple governors, both Dem and GOP - think Reagan and Schwarzenegger for GOP examples. This is multifactorial, not Newsom alone.
