I work at a call center (not paypro) and morale in these jobs is already low because of rude people, constant calls, and micromanaging. Thank you for reminding people to be kind. These call reps usually are very sympathetic just bottom of the barrel in the company.

Agents need these jobs for medical insurance. A lot of them are sympathetic to your concerns. MC global (upper level of corporate, above regional corporate) is hounding bosses to end this and bosses are snapping at workers as a result. Please be kind when you call, they’re getting slammed (2)
