This just won the Best Animated Short at Foyle FF, one of a number of Oscar-qualifying fests its done well at, so this is your chance to watch it and then look really cool if it ends up nominated.
Went to Ireland. Saw a gig in Dublin, saw the great Don Wycherley in a one-man play, saw a few films at the QFT, had some day trips, spent a week in Derry for the Foyle Film Festival. It's 1am, I just got home, I'm back at work in the morning. Yaaay.

Dream jobs do come along… I’ve spent the last few months immersed in BBC Scotland’s City Lights as Assistant Producer on a new 60min doc telling the story of the show. With vintage clips + new interviews, it’s pure dead brilliant!

I'm not even a fan (my big brother is a massive fan so of course as a kid it was my sibling duty to dislike them) but I'd be tempted to follow this if only to see how many people share the love for the sublime E55.

Only just discovered this book the other day entirely by accident in a bookshop and after skimming through it, I have to say that in a book covering over 400 films I am exceptionally proud of just how many of them I've seen.
