gif is just a really bad format for both animation and images, unfortunately. webm yields 40.4kb if you can tolerate lowest quality

like, i can view this account on pdsls pdsls.dev/at://did:plc... ( i assume bc the takendown flag isn't on there ), but i can't view them on deer.social or the blacksky.community clients when theyre suspended by bsky moderation services. fun.

i think fossil is good for isolated fun projects / kinda illegal [?] / research, while jj is probably well suited for long lived dev
notably, i used fossil to track issues and write a fork of webfishing where i improved performance and added custom server support

got a new 2tb nvme so i can use my windows install for more than Just Gaming and i can finally use fl studio again after .... forever (i tried using passthrough on linux to use fl studio, but Epic Fail, audio shit was fuckkeedd) so i can finally make stuff again...
