For dinner, we tried out Joe's Place down in Bucoda. Been here for almost 4 years, and for some reason we hadn't yet tried it. Wish we wouldn't have waited so long. Great food and really warm and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Maybe I’m just imagining things, but Costco ads used to show prices, right? Now the just show the savings. This is from the app, but I noticed it in the mailers as well.

This last weekend I shot photos for the Xtreme Couture GI Foundation's 'Ride for the Troops' fundraiser. What a blast. This is the 5th year I've been involved and it keeps getting better. All money raised goes to helping veterans in the Pacific Northwest. Huge thanks to Randy Couture and team!

At the grocery store over the weekend, I told my wife that we needed stone ground dijon mustard. She said they were 2 different things and I figured I misremembered, so she got one of each. Looks like we were both right.

Spent time in the shop today with my boys teaching them how to work on their cars. Brakes all the way around on one car and the exhaust on another.

Made the jump to an EV recently (2025 Toyota BZX4). No regrets. NGL though... had some serious range anxiety that first week. The total range on this particular car (~210 miles) isn't as good as some others out there, but it's more than enough for what I need 99% of the time.
