Australia's new hate speech laws were rushed through parliament to the exclusion of public debate.

Despite women being murdered by men at a rate of 9x the number of Jewish people murdered in the Bondi tragedy, the laws exclude hate speech which is;

1. Against women.
2. Within religious texts.
