The Jackson Hole Ski Patrol has withdrawn a petition to form a union, according to the National Labor Relations Board.

Withdrawal allows the patrollers to resurrect the issue in six months if members are unsatisfied with Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s response to their requests.
