I feel hugely under-qualified to speak up about equality issues BUT I do want a better world & I do think we’re stronger together. I’ve had so many conversations with people about this. Of course, helping someone out of poverty is not simply about the cash…but project managers and systems take up so much resource. Would it be simpler to send budget straight to the people who need it?? ⬇️⬇️

I’m currently studying for an MSc in Systems Thinking & Leadership (it’s also a Level 7 Apprenticeship). I’m loving learning about new tools and frameworks to define ideas and solve problems I knew about before but didn’t know how to articulate. If you’re on this journey too I’d love to connect!
