Its like I feel like there has to be some kind of emotionally weighty situation + scare involved for me to make my point land home.

I don't know what kind of advice I might offer because it feels like I've always only ever been brought to my limit and had a mental breakdown immediately before any instance of me broaching the topic of how that kind of thing has affected me and why I think she shouldn't do that...

(me having done that without consequence since I was 18) ....... Whats her problem

(Also idk if I should say w/o consequence since I would still daydream afterwards of my door being broken down and my privacy being violated even if that didn't happen- Should've been chill with it way earlier too..)
