The only "major" changes I see are that the tasks are now designed in such a way as to be accessible to all the contestants regardless of differences in age, height, sex, ability etc and that they've made it a point now to reduce food waste

Oh wow multiple pages now flat out don't exist. No grouping or filtering on the history page, no chart on stuff I've watched the last 30 days, no progress page, no library, no page to see all my ratings... the profile page looks literally empty. I'm officially in mourning now

Everything now bigger, rounder, wasting more space than ever, horizontal lists for some reason scrolling off screen that you can't scroll on PC. Just bad decisions all around. I'm going to begin my move to letterboxd soon probably and look for TV show alternatives. Worst case, I make one myself

Here's one demo of how shit this new UI is. The comments are blurred for spoilers if you haven't watched the thing. But instead of clicking them to unblur them, it now opens a sidebar with the list of comments, still blurred, and you have to now click it in the sidebar to read it. WHY?

Fastmail has rough edges but overall it's very simple and customisable

I felt the same about Fallen Order and there's something really weird going on with the animation or the camera or something that gives it this feeling. I really wish I could articulate this better but I don't think the devs themselves can explain it or I feel they'd have fixed it for the sequel
