Here's a nice succulent I saw last year! Also here's a picture of me from last year, in one of my favorite shirts. I like it because it's cheerful and colorful like a rainbow flag. It's basically my LGBTQIA+ rainbow shirt.

As a self-compassion coach, stop saying "I should be able to do this on my own." It's not helpful, and it's mean to yourself.

Instead you can say something like this: "I deserve the support I could use, and I deserve everything I need.” It's true!
