A lot of it couldn't be collected as well because of the frequent meta stuff where one strip impinges on another. This issue is an excellent example of that.

FIRESTORM THE NUCLEAR MAN #54 (1986) - Fill-in issue in the transitional period between Conway’s long run fizzling out and Ostrander’s radical revamp. Villain is Trash, a teenager with a super-powered guitar. And on every level this is sadly one of the worst fill-ins I have ever read!
