Ha, yes, I vary between train and car, neither is without its hassles, anxieties (and cost). Today I'm planning to drive to Peterborough and get the train from there, so that I least I don't have to drive the whole way home in the dark/rain.

Because of where I live (150+ miles from ER), there's always more jeopardy with the journey than the actual match. What joy can a combination of the A1 and LNER throw at me today?
