Do you know what percentage of current MPs are former staffers?

52% for the Coalition & 64% for Labor. 🤯🤯🤯

Do you think we need more politicians with real-world experience?

@heatpump.review
Hi, I'm interested in using a heat pump to feed a small hydronic heating need. I have a heat pump hot water tank at 60C. Can I add a small heat pump circuit to raise some water to say 70 & return it to the HW tank. Haven't seen anyone doing that. Why not?

Okay, so it turns out our house is trying to kill us. Over the last couple of days, we thought we smelled gas, faintly. Called an appliance guy to look at our stove; he said he couldn't detect anything with the instruments he had and left without charging us. But then the smell got REALLY OBVIOUS.

'renewables don’t need a debate, don’t need a new industry, don’t need 15+ years lead time, and don’t need to be 100% bankrolled by taxpayers. firmed renewables are available now, are cheap & constantly getting cheaper, and there’s a huge industry & workforce ready & willing to roll them out.'
I had to explain the energy transition to my local federal MP, why closing coal early is good, and why nuclear power can’t help Australia solve the climate crisis.
