Looking at the Caban Coch dam near Rhayader mid-Wales this morning, looks like the dam is very, very nearly full and the wind is blowing some over the lip of the dam.

If you employed an electrician to do some work for you, and it turned out to be in breach of standards, I would blame the electrician not you. Same if you paid an agency to let your property and they ignore a legal requirement specific to the place they operate in.

First time a Senedd vote had a turnover of over 50%. Shows if people other than Reform get out and vote, the better outcome prevails. If only people realised this in 2016.

Why do authorities make descriptions of road closures as obscure as they can?. I mean the one below starts tomorrow, and it does not show how it fits into the surrounding roads or other contextual information.
