I like the idea in one sense. But whenever we talk about paying congress people less I feel the need to remind people that it only hurts the ones who aren't already filthy rich.

Gateway story is a good term. It gives people to step into the world without the obligation of a full book.

Honestly I'm not sure if it's worse if they knew or if they didn't. It seems like the secretary of defense should know something about war crimes.
