Just remembering Adam Jones and had to check--his personal burger is still on the menu at the excellent Abbey Burger Bistro in Baltimore, 7 years after his last Orioles appearance. #RememberSomeGuys (Came up as a guy who exercised his no-trade because he just wanted to stay someplace. Rare thing!)

Finally cracked brioche buns! They always turned out wrong using various recipes, so I decided to totally wing it, and shocking success tbh. For one thing I used much higher hydration than typically called for, and they're nice and fluffy instead of dense and crumbly like prior attempts.
