Act on what you have heard.

Show some compassion, humility and humanity.

Learn how to say no.

Every teacher, leader, and member of support staff needs a prominent note, at school and home, saying "This is me!" with a dedicated time for self, be it gym or swim, pub or grub, walking or just talking. #NewToSLTChat

Yep. It's cutting into time and adding to s long term.

Negatives are the disconnects between staff and leaders, staff already working long and unsustainable hours.

Also, Inset days in August...unheard of.
