So I've not rented for over 20 years now, the home we applied for has done affordability checks and other checks over the last few days. The house was still online saying let agreed but now it says agent has removed the property from the site...we haven't heard anything since so is it a good sign?

Anyone in the know about mortgages? All being well we complete our sale in 2 weeks or so, our mortgage payment goes out on the first of the month so if we complete a few days after I've paid another month...is it worth speaking to the bank and explain the situation?
