might put in a few more rounds to really solidify my thoughts, but Highguard is weird. R6 Siege base prep -> battle royale loot phase -> capture the flag -> CS bomb plant/defusal? only 3v3 on sizable maps so combined with low TTK you die fast and have a lot of downtime between fights

cautiously optimistic about marathon. i'm very into the extreme highs and lows extraction shooters can produce and the focus on "survival" gives me hope they're moving in the right direction. big concern is if solo play is actually viable given it's a late add and the focus on dungeon-like endgame
