I've heard many swear by Dreaming Spanish for comprehensive input. I recommend Lingolia and ProfedeEle for grammar, and finding language exchange events. Finding a tandem buddy is what I see helps students to boost their speaking most. Good luck, and feel free to ask if you have any questions!

*Specially productive skills (speaking and writing) and grammar. It feels very commonplace across my duolingo students to struggle to produce and understand some grammatical structures, which are very useful sometimes, like scaffolding.

Hmmm in my experience, on its own, duolingo is great for engagement/ maintenance, but not so much for practical use* and doesn’t tend to develop significant, holistic progress, so combining with other methods is advised!

Someone in langsky recommended having a diary, and I tried it and swear by it. When learning Malay, I'd write the date in words, to practise days, numbers, etc. and then just mention a few things like weather, mood and food. I have a blog post with vocab to do this if interested

Seconding this! You have to DIY your feed, which takes time but you eventually connect - different from usual algorithms. I look up random or key words related to what I want to connect with.

For example, there’s the science feed (look up the testing tube emoji) or BlueSky Ñ for posts in Spanish.
