On this World Suicide Prevention Day, I remember my peerless and extraordinary cousin Dan Kay and miss him greatly. Such a kind, generous and thoughtful man. Failed by the services which should have protected him. Far more needs to be done and understood #bemoredan #WSPD 💜

Can't thank everyone involved in organising this event and everyone donating enough. Dan would have been hugely proud. We are. This incredible amount will make such a difference. Massive thanks also to the Williams family for letting us be part of a day which means so much to them 💜

Painful and frustrating watching Matt Hancock's at the Covid Inquiry y'day. Felt I needed go for my Grandma Sheila Lamb who died, in a care home, on 2.4.20. She definitely didn't benefit from a '"protective ring". As P Wetherby KC said on Monday we could & should have done better
