Several of my startup icons including Front and Center, SpamSieve, cloud drives… now that I think about it before I reenable it maybe everything except for Apple OS-level stuff. I could still get to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and things like that for example

At least on iPhone we aren't seeing newer phones take a performance hit. But macos is a shitshow. I've read reports that brand new M4's are even affected. Beyond the UI garbage, it was when my machine started to crawl (an M1 Max) was like NOPE.

It lasts. And, you can easily reverse it if you ever want/need to go back. Kinda proves that this is just a jank UI layer add-on.
That said, I really needed my menu icons to show up so I could access SpamSieve. Technically the menu progs still work/run, but I couldn't conveniently get to them.
