Reze lost her parents in a car crash at 5 years old and Melinda takes care of her since.
Their neighbor, Miss Lucille (or Lucie for short), was a great help for them both. Reze still has tough days and is only happy with pets, Mel or Lucie.

Soooo this is the status so far…… very slowly trying to get a layout correct.
I built a version of the Old State House from Newport. From the independence to early 1900’s the Rhode Island State legislature held sessions there. I’m trying to use as much inspiration as possible from real life.
