I know today’s snow is a mistake because @talcotts.bsky.social snow machine would not add snow on top of the ice like this. They are very mindful of pedestrian needs.

Last Tuesday afternoon. Resistbot’s had sent 82,272 letters/faxes/emails in the previous 24 hours. As of a few minutes ago it was 124,705. I hate there is so much going on that requires our attention but I love seeing people engaged.

I saw Sean Duffy on tv the other day and I thought, “Am I imagining this, or has the past 11 months aged him?” Looking at photos, his hair is a little longer now than it was in January but it’s definitely more silver. This administration is gonna age everybody in it.

The last two weeks of the year are supposed to be “easy” because so many people are out of the office. Instead, each hour is dropping a new hot potato onto my lap. I might get third degree burns soon.
