We discused with this crutial HR in health, about SOS & why its important in PEAD casefinding, Notably as a country we detcted only 14% of pead TB far less than expectation. #TB We also discussed Contact Investigations & TPT ahead oF #CAST-TB.

Delayed but my latest publication #TB #Tuberculosis is out: pead TB is underdiagnosed and undertreated. There is a need for more sensitive and specific diagnostic tests, need ways to disseminate and promote uptake of standardized clinical algorithms.
