Alvaro & @petermacp.bsky.social we implemented large scale symptom screening (Xpert) would be intresting to see how in future it weighs in with Glasgow + reduction in Incidence innovatively we have added CXR +Xpert in future campeigh pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38812802/

This community tuberculosis screening initiative is effective. However, continuous monitoring and adaptations are needed to overcome context-specific implementation challenges.

1) Poor outcomes
2) No data on screening from #Kenya POEs
3) Funds for continuity
