This is a novel for these times.

If Tim Powers is your jam, I think you'd like When the Winds Sing by @ldcolter.com. This is a beautiful use of Slavic gods and folklore, with characters who leap off the page fully formed.

My god, I just found this stunning freeform crochet blanket of British birds - every bird was created with no pattern and trial/error to get them looking right, and it's an absolute work of art 😍 I wish I had the skills, but alas, using patterns is all I'm able to do!

Awww, so very sad that Chris Robshaw hasn't made it further in #strictly I mean, the man couldn't dance but he was fucking game and he lifted Nadiya like an absolute pro. This man was the longest serving England rugby captain in the modern era, and played loyally for one English prem club. A star!

I do not blame the author AT ALL and frankly, it's nice to get anything after investing.

I do blame Unbound utterly for the fact that I supported the first two hardbacks, but for the third I got this entirely mismatched paperback.

This is not as bad as anything the authors suffered, but I am sad.

US tariffs having a knock-on effect to crafting supplies - a lot of US customers order from Wool Warehouse in the UK, especially since the demise of national crafting stores, and now it's looking like a 50% additional charge on the price. US customers, if you use Wool Warehouse, get orders in now.
