Idk who needs to hear this but have you accepted banh hoi into your life? Banh hoi are netted vermicelli noodles that you cook by soaking in boiling water for no more than 1 minute and 15 seconds. They are great. This was my dinner last night. Stock up on banh hoi you won’t regret it

The other thing, this Cadetship comes with the council paying for a bachelors degree. Again, if this was for PR, awesome. The role description- which includes writing media releases- describes PR work. Nothing wrong with doing PR, just call it PR y’know.

Mini rant. I got a notification that the QPRC (local council) is hiring a “cadet journalist”. Uhh…
Don’t get me wrong, this would be a great gig for a PR student. But we really can’t have local governments hiring cadet journos. And it’s a really sad state of affairs to see this happening

Lil rant. A jury found Erin Patterson is a triple murderer/ not a nice gal. Her lack of visual emotion isn’t proof of her bad-person status. The jury’s verdict is. And if she displayed emotion, it would be seen as proof she’s a bad person too. Can we be objective pls

The pickles are excelent. Its a serve yourself system, choose what you like, add some neon turmeric brine, weigh and pay. I got a mix of mild chilis, cauliflower, cabbage and Jerusalem artichoke. The Jerusalem artichoke is a game changer.

On the weekend I purchased a reasonable amount of Iraqi style pickles from King of Pickles and Spices in Fairfield.
Actually I did not buy enough and regret not bringing my grandma-core trolley so i could buy some of the grilled olives.
