🚧 Getting development right with Tempsford 🚧

This week I pushed ministers to ensure that if Tempsford New Town does come forward, we make the most of this opportunity to deliver meaningful improvements for the wider region.

❄️ Freezing train ticket prices ❄️

For the first time in over 30 years, the Government is freezing train ticket prices for next year.

This move will save local commuters up to hundred of pounds a year ✅

Pushing for solar on car parks and rooftops ☀

Earlier this year I campaigned successfully for new homes to come with solar panels as standard.

I want us to go further to ensure we maximise the clean, cheap energy we can produce at home.

Car parks and warehouses should be next on the agenda.

How can we keep young people and children safe online? 💬

We know the digital world offers incredible benefits for young people, but it’s clear we’ve often fail to fully appreciate the harms and risks it can bring too.

It was great to see Strathmore School’s nursery included in Labour’s programme to invest in expanded nursery provision at local schools.
