Last week the National Transportation Safety Board recommended that speed-limiting technology be required on all new cars.
It’s an excellent idea. USDOT should do it.

If you all are downtown Friday about noon, or need a reason to get out, DDES is having its Halloween parade! Noon Friday. Just down the sidewalk on Lincoln from 19th to 18th and back up the other side. Cuteness overload! 👻🧙♀️🎃🦸♂️🍬
