Had I utilized proper governance and guardrails in my game, this wouldn't have happened. I would have been able to role back to the feature branch one commit prior and called it a night. Instead, I'm stuck with no more session time for the evening and a depleting weekly usage.

Tomorrow, I begin to setup and plan the logistics of utilizing 4 different AI programs to facilitate a Java to Laravel 12 rewrite. I don't know a single line of Java, but I'm using my leadership in this initiative to truly test out the execution of Claude to convert 15,000 lines of Java to Laravel.

Another annoying issue? Nothing fits. Nothing. I just cry and laugh, while my good jeans and khakis fall right off.

I love walking so much! But it's important to get the composition I want. While not bulking. I will be focused on eating my maintenance calories and working out 30-40 minutes a day in place of the 2-mile daily walks + 7-mile Saturday hikes.

I need to slow down and focus on slower strides so that my body can adapt. The solution? Less walks, more gym time.
