While not settled on or disclosing the final AI name of the ever-present and forever useful 'Agent' that can be seen leaving its mark on things. This is something that a little older than teenage Adam would have loved in the game. Something I could have never done. Exciting times!

Im rocketing towards my weight goals. 220lbs. Something I would've expected to reach sometime in late 2026 or even 2027.
Today I weighed myself and had the largest weight drop in my journey - from 238 to 232.4.

I didn't move much today sadly. Work has been intensified 2x. Going hard AF this weekend. Down to 235 as of this morning. Jogging has been shedding my pounds! I'm feeling like the patron of good cardio lately.

Local Nature Reserve. Did an early--and painfully slow mile--thanks to my walking buddy. I can Also opt to walk 3 miles tomorrow, which will mark 20 miles over 3 days.

Looks like I'll be doing a minimum of 5 miles a weekend for the rest of the year. Goal is 20 miles over the 3 day weekend.

On a positive note, I walked 6 miles today in one go. Completed 8 miles for the day. My goal is to do 10 miles in two weeks. Maybe eventually a 20 mile day in the winter?

My previous week. Im pushing harder than ever and chasing the goals of getting in great shape. Down 10 lbs from August. I can break into a run with ease. I can do whatever I want. This feels amazing!

Felt nice to finally get back out into nature today! Just a short little walk of 11.9k steps. Aiming for another 10k tomorrow to make it my first back-to-back 10k+ step days 🎉

It's been a while, thought I'd share some progress updates for Fusion Effect: ONE. Here's a sneak peek at the main map area. Useful for navigating to different parts of the city. The goal is to have a scrollable area as vast as the city is.

I broke my step and mile record today. 5 1/2 miles in one day is a good achievement. Finally decided to order some actual shoes to help my journey, and no longer will be rocking the Hey Dudes 😅
