I have only in the last couple of days hit the #surgery recovery bit where I've started to get truly bored. Before I was sleeping a lot and making my way through a 500k fic in fits and starts. Today we attempt reading a book book and maybe some embroidery!

The second is Namjoon's and Namjoon's alone - he makes the mistake of looking down when Cooky’s ears are, uh, vaguely flesh-colored protuberances…and once he's seen it, he can't unsee. Jimin calls almost immediately after receiving the photos. “I didn't do it on purpose!” Namjoon half-shrieks into the phone in lieu of a greeting. “Who else crocheted an obscene Cooky? I wasn't in the room!” “It's not obscene!” Jimin's silence speaks for itself. “It's…evocative?” Namjoon tries. There's a thump that long experience tells Namjoon is Jimin's phone hitting the bed, and peals of laughter.

At different times, my mom and sister each looked in the living room, saw me crafting, and exclaimed with delight. "You look so happy," Mom said. I'm just glad I haven't lost the muscle memory!

Last cuteness for the night! I asked my mom to hand me my Kore (whale) stuffy (it is mine? Is it my nieces'? Who can say?). Mom grabbed it and a nearby Red Sox towel and now Kore and I have matching red blankets. ❤️ 🥰

“Soobin-ah,” Jimin hissed from where he was leaning against the bar, looking casual. “You rang, hyung?” Soobin asked a moment later, appearing at the edge of Jimin’s field of vision. Jimin ignored the long-suffering note in Soobin’s voice. He nodded his head very subtly at the first table, where he could see a sliver of Taehyung’s face and most of Jung Hoseok’s. “I need you to eavesdrop for me.” Soobin muttered something under his breath, but at Jimin’s quirked brow he straightened. “They’re talking about you, actually,” he reported with a hint of a smirk. “No, Tae, don’t talk about me, talk about <em>him</em>,” Jimin said, exasperated. “You know it doesn’t work that way.” Soobin pointed discreetly at Taehyung. “I can’t project your words to him. Unless you want me to yell them very loudly across the room.” “No respect,” Jimin groused. Soobin smirked some more.

18. A deleted but from a fic: the taegi accounting AU originally had a sex scene that I just could not finish, but it originally opened with this snippet of it and then flashed back to the beginning.
“Hey,” Taehyung said. “Hey what?” Yoongi said. He tried to sound irritable, but given that he was naked under an equally naked Taehyung, fucking up into him as Taehyung smiled down at him, he probably wasn’t selling it very well. “I appreciate your interest,” Taehyung said. Yoongi groaned at the pun, then groaned for real as Taehyung’s laughter made him tighten up around Yoongi’s cock. “I knew I’d win you over,” Taehyung said smugly.

I'm never going to turn down a purple suggestion, lol! I think you're right about the microphone color overwhelming it but what about a lighter purple?

This is some threads sorted by color - you could go with something like the White Lavender, super subtle, or a little brighter but still light.
Shades of DMC thread colors in mauves, purples, and blues.
