yeah previously I’d only ever heard of spironalactone on Twitter from trans ppl bcuz it makes them piss. It’s used to treat congestive heart failure, but it has a tendency to cause acute kidney injury. But all the patients with CHF are always on dialysis? Time to pester (email) the Northwestern MD’s
