There is no doubt Zelensky is a courageous man. And probably a lot wiser now too. May he stay safe in the years ahead, he did his best, and was let down by the lack of diplomatic efforts by the EU. and the greed of the #MIC lobbyists in the UK, USA and at NATO in Brussels.

There is no doubt Zelensky is a courageous man. And probably a lot wiser now too. May he stay safe in the years ahead, he did his best, and was let down by the lack of diplomatic efforts by the EU. and the greed of the #MIC lobbyists in the UK, USA and at NATO in Brussels.
And financing affordable housing should use France’s Livret ‘A’ as a model.

How to fix Ireland’s housing system:
1. Housing should be treated as a human right and a regulated service and not a speculative investment
2. Rents should be capped at no more than 5% of house value
3. Affordable (cost rental, cost purchase, social) housing should be affordable in perpetuity

What sort of political system permits its most senior politician to profit financially from his own policies?
Definitely not a democracy!
But an oligarchy, an autocracy and a dictatorship are all political systems that come to mind.
