Quinoa and maybe some freeze dried veggies with some protein powder. Costco currently has packets of dehydrated bone broth you could add to meals for some extra protein and collagen.

There was a huge log jam I had to scramble over, twisting my ankle. I tightened up the hikers and continued on. You have to get wet on this one to get to the lower falls.

It's just a mile #hike in from the highway, but it's a lesser trafficked waterfall in the Gorge so it feels like 100 miles away from everyone.
