‘Fun fact’: NHS England closed without notice its Disability Adjustment team a few weeks ago. Last year closed its work on supporting adjustments for neurodiverse & Disabled trainee health professionals - despite huge Returns on Investment. #Disability & war of attrition @disrightsuk.bsky.social

My ancient brother still serving as a UK reservist & with highly specialised skills - oh and is more likely to compete a marathon than my kids. Being of #Finnish heritage-like to think we would come to our motherland’s defence. Ironically grandmother’s name was Lahja Saloranta -almost like the gun!
