Misogynistic language, whether spoken outright or tolerated in silence, has no place in our public discourse. All leaders, on and off podcasts, should take the opportunity to publicly and loudly clarify this offensive and misogynistic language does not reflect the values of our state.

After-the-fact compliance does not cure the original violation. The Act requires registration prior to engaging in lobbying, so legislators and the public have transparency at the time influence is being exerted. #NVLeg
Today, we again urged the LCB to follow the law: suspected violations must be reported to both the Attorney General and Legislative Commission. We’re requesting confirmation of when those reports were made to both entities and when the Commission will take it up. #NVLeg
