My life has gotten genuinely better since I started abiding by the rule, "Don't give away things you don't really have to give," and I just need to be reminded all the time that having a spare room does NOT mean I have space to house anybody who needs it!

I am trying! I am currently on a 14 mg patch & hitting a vitamin b12 vape occasionally for habit, but weaning off that too. 3 days today without nicotine vape.

Once, I was at a party and a person there referred to themself unironically as a "micro-celebrity" because of their Twitter following, and I swear to god, the rent-free space this still occupies in my head.

Cats! Little creatures with sharp hands! They’re bitey! They smell like dust! When they sit near us, we’re happy!

Also I was a literal BABY when I saw Bowie (21 or 22?) at MSG. It was just before he stopped touring for good and Macy Gray opened for him.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE AI, USE IT FOR SOMETHING INNOVATIVE. STOP BEING BORING.

In fact, IN FACT, AI stole this poor person's art without compensation so your could use it as a plagiarism machine for boring-ass books you're too lazy to write!

AND PLEASE do not get me started on people who say that hating typical AI use in the arts is ableist. So many brilliant, disabled artists who created genius work without AI prove otherwise. UGH.

AI for artistic innovation is kinda cool? AI for something you could do if you weren't so goddamn lazy is just fucking stupid.

Will people someday make cool art with some use of AI? Probably! If you're some asshole who uses it to write a boring ass, straightforward NOVEL or MURDER MYSTERY or ROMANCE you're just too lazy to write, guess what, you aren't one of those people!!!

I won't deny that AI has a few uses and purposes, but making a whole-ass work of art out of them and claiming it as your own is not it! Stop being lazy! Stop pretending you care about something you wouldn't even sacrifice a tiny bit of convenience to do!
