Well my first attempt at a taco ring didn’t quite turn out like the photos. 😂. Obviously my oven was too hot. Oh well, I have plenty of nacho chips to dig into it along with veggies and dip.

Trying the President’s Choice brand Festive Turkey Pie for dinner tonight along with leftover mashed potato.
Pastry is nice and flaky, the turkey filling is tasty but not exceptional.

Dinner time! Chicken Piccata with mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots in a lemon butter sauce. A glass is white wine to go along with the wine in the sauce.

Not something I normally pay attention to so I don’t know what is normal but there doesn’t appear to be many flights taking a polar route today.
