Totalmente de acuerdo. Ni siquiera encaja con el ideal de burócrata que se alentaba desde el régimen. Como señala Chapoutot, el nazismo rechazaba al burócrata obediente y sumiso, encarnación del ideal francés, e impulsaba la iniciativa personal y hasta el saltarse las normas para ser más eficaz.
